What to expect…

The Smithfield Volunteer Fire Department Vehicle Rescue Class is a 3-Day hands on program . Students will be led through challenging scenarios by highly qualified instructors from up and down the east coast to master basic skills and understand and practice new and unconventional methods. These scenarios will include passenger car extrication, advanced stabilization methods, heavy truck extrication, patient management and scene size-ups. Smithfield Volunteer Fire Department and the outside instructors who have volunteered to teach this class look forward to every class and put everything they have into planning and executing this class.

All are welcomed to register, however previous vehicle rescue training is highly recommended as this class is not an entry level program.
